This procedure involves general anesthesia and opening the skull to operate inside the head.

And I also had a difficult colleague at work whose toxic behavior caused me a lot of mental stress.

그리고 까다로운 직장 동료가 있었는데 그 사람의 악질적인 성향 때문에 정신적으로도 많은 스트레스를 받았습니다.

After enduring it for a few years, I finally decided to undergo surgery.

몇 년을 버티다가, 결국 수술을 결심하게 된 것입니다. 

 

 

The procedure was successful, and the spasms have not returned.

수술 결과는 성공적이었고, 안면 경련이 다시 생기지는 않았습니다. 

 

 

Since the surgery, I've been trying to better manage my stress. 

수술 이후에는 스트레스를 잘 관리하려고 노력하고 있습니다.
